THE INCANTATION CONDITIONS

AND RULES

PREFACE

In an age has all the matters intermingled , no body can come to distinguish between right and falsehood.

Even falsehood took over right, the devil overweighed the good. Particularly we are speaking about a matter where everything became confused.As the legal incantation is one of this legislation of our prophet Mohammad God bless him and grant him salvation, then it is our duty to implant this type of legislation about the legal incantation, we do not pretend the perfect as no perfection in science pursue.

After all, it is all what poor can offer and the endeavour of science pursuer. We request him God the almighty to levelhead our steps and educate us whatever we might ignore and enlarge our knowledge in religion.

As the legal incantation spread very widely not all over the Islamic world but even around the world and several practitioners and narrators became involver without referring to the origins in several times. As we have the origin, i.e.the holy book of Allah, The Quran and the sunna of our prophet God bless him and grant him salvation.

Beginning from this approach, we would like to extent to our beloved people and brothers in Islam what the scientists had written and whatever our precedents had originated which came from our model the prophet God bless him and grant him salvation in addition to his saying in compliance to God’s the Almighty order and in an endeavour to leads towards faith. When we deliberate incantation procedures

During these days as well as in the previous days and whatever already innovated, we find several mattes which were not depicted during the days of our prophet God bless him and grant him salvation nor during the time of his companions may God be pleased with them and their folowers.

Accordingly we divided the incantation to three types :

First Type : Legal Incantations :

It is applied by using the words of his Almighty the God or the sayings of the prophet God bless him and grant him salvation whatever confirmed in the two perfects ( sehah ), curing chapters and the prophet invocations in regard to cure. The incantation should be told in loud and clear arabic language so as to differentiate it from the wizards, the jugglers and swindlers say when they mutter such meaningless words which could not be understood. The incantations should not be mixed with such polytheism or blasphemy or any innovations. In exception of these, everything is allowed when it was confirmed in the perfect book of Moslem as reported by Ouf Bin Malek Al-Ashjuaewho said: During the pre-Islamic paganism we were incantation. We said: Oh the messenger of Almighty the God how do you see it? He replied: show me your incantations, there is no harm as long as such incantation is free from any polytheism, reported by Moslem.

Second Type: The Polytheism Incantation:

This type of incantation is against the religion when it reflects the major polytheism and expelling the man from the community as it is done by asking the help and requests from others except God the Almighty. It defaults the unity of God and the thwarting of work (if you polytheism

Your work will be thwarted). This type of incantation which was already described by the prophet God bless him and grant him salvation as a type of polytheism and described by Abdullah Bin Masoud may God be pleased with him : Out of what we recited from the prophet God bless him and grant him salvation, that the incantation, amulets and tulle are the polytheism itself, reported by Al-Hakem.

Also who believes and depends on incantation completely and thinks it’s useful and effective by itself and not by God’s will.

This form of a violation to the belief, God forgive us.

Instead we should believe that everything happens upon the permission of God, and not to depend on the amulets and beads, ..etc which push heart to adorn things other tha God. The friend of the Beneficent(GOD) the prophet Abraham, peace upon him, described, when he argumented his tribe and said: His Almighty said: Recite them the news of Ibrahim when he told his father and tribe: what are you praying for, they said we are praying for idols and remain devoting our selves to them”, he said: do they hear you while you are praying or do they benefit you or harm you. They replied: we found our fathers doing this and we folowed them . He replied: have you seen what you are praying to as well as your old father, they are my enemies except his Almighty God of the world who created me and guides me and he who feeds me and waters me. So God th Almighty, the glorified and the holy names he who is curing but nobody else. So we have to look upon him our leader to faith and the lighting candle, best prayers upon him .

He who is teaching us the practical lessons and which is specified in the love of the prophet God bless him and grant him salvation, to Anas Ibn Malek may God be pleased with him, it is confirmed in Bukhari perfect book that Abdul Aziz said: when I was along with Thabet entered on Anas Bin Malek, Thabet said: Oh Aba Huraira, I am complaining of pain, then Anas told him: can I incant you with the messeger of God”God bless him and grant him salvation, he replied: yes, he said:Oh God of all the mankind, terminator of depress, please cure him you are the cure, nobody except you can cure of every disease.

From this we understand that the prophet God bless him and grant him salvation wanted to save us from pagaism. How he would appear if he lived in our times when the chiromancers are increasing as well as the palmistry people which magazines are full of them but under several names such as the names of the stars and the geometry and the reading of chiromancy and asking the help of Moslem demons, asking the blessing of people in tombs and request their help besides the slaughtering for others irrespective of God.

The prophet God bless him and grant him salvation did not witness what is happening in our era but he warned us to dam or talk about and warned us to visit the fortunetellers & soothsayers and similar from the enchanters and jugglers, …etc.

Who are lying . Their doings are built on lies. Our prophet God bless him and grat him salvation said that who visits a fortuneteller or a soothsayer and believes whatever said to him he will be blasphemous to all what had been descended on Mohammad God bless him and grant him salvation, reported by Ahmad. So anyone who visits these people, he believes whatever they say.

Type Three : Innovative Incantation

It includes all additions of incantations that already introduced by the jugglers or from their books even if they do not include any of polytheism or blasphemy. Anyhow these people used to utilize them so as people think they are the legal incantation and in the same career of th prophet God bless him and grant himsalvation.

Anything does not comply with the doings of our prophet is a type of innovation and whatever innovated outside our traditions will be rejected as being told by our prophet God bless him and grant him salvation, for example some people say that you are envied so you have to read the verse Al-Kursi seventy times under the light of moon nights so and so .

The intention here is to read the Kursi Verse but as the quality and form were not edited legally, so they are an innovation . Moreover, each verse or reading outlined by number by the prophet God bless him and grant him salvation, it will be a compromise without any increase or decrease and each condition has a continuity to the prophet who god bless him and grant him salvation does not articulate any in vain .

Whatever he mentioned such as seven time, we should recite it seven time ,whatever he recited three time we have to adopt so as we are followers but not innovators.
